Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts.

Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the full service price for Late Cancellation and 100% of the full service price for No Shows.

This fee will be added to your next service as a re-booking fee and will be collected after all services have been rendered.

Re-do Services

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or hair color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to adjust or correct the issue with no additional charges.

I do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

Late  Arrival

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your designated appointment time, it is considered a "Late Cancellation" and a fee will be added to your final services rendered. It is not guaranteed that you will receive all services you were scheduled for. You may be required to reschedule for a later date.

Children in the Salon

I want all my guests to be able to relax during their appointment.

Due to limited space in the suite, please use discretion when bringing your child(ren) and friends.

Please make arrangements with another adult to accompany your child(ren) if you must bring them to your appointment or reschedule for a later date.

For safety reasons and insurance purposes no children under 12 years of age will be allowed to accompany you during your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

Sickness + Illness

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Should you arrive to your designated appointment time ill, out of consideration to myself and future guests your appointment will be cancelled on the spot. You will be charged 50% of your full service price and you will be asked to reschedule for a later date.  

Retail Returns

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail returns for full credit within 60 days from the initial purchase date.

Retail must be returned at least half full.
